Over the years, we've done some things to the workshop. Mr. Man built a wood rack and put in some storage above it. We replaced a few windows and the door due to rot in 2016. A few years before that, we finished the floor with one of those garage floor kits. Also, the air cleaner was hung instead of sitting on the workbench. For the most part, doing anything else fell to the bottom of the priority list. In December 2017, we turned the focus back to the workshop as we needed to better organize what was there in order to make things easier to find and return to set locations.
Wall extensions for the shelving units were built, with the area in between them being peg board. This allows many tools to be hung or placed in
easy to access bins where all of us can find them. Doors are still planned for the bays, which will increase storage again, but that is planned for summer when it is too hot to work outside on projects. We also plan to
work more on the ceiling.
